Healthy Lunchboxes

Given the large amount of time children spend at kinder and school, lunchboxes are the perfect place to start to encourage healthy foods.

WCC and South West Healthy Kids has published a lunchbox tip sheet which has been distributed to families who use Council’s early years services and has been provided to primary schools across South West Victoria.

The sheet provides information about what a healthy lunch box contains. It also provides simple snack and lunch ideas, food safety tips and healthy food swaps.
