Barre Attack

A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. 

It’s an all body work out using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas
— legs, butt, thighs and arms.

Classes vary from 45 to 60 minutes depending on the format. Clients don’t need to bring any special equipment and don’t need any experience. Many clients simply wear normal gym or
work out attire, bare feet or socks, and bring a towel and water.

Suitable for all ages and ability.

Times Tuesday 9am and 5.45pm Cost $15 per class or 5 Classes for $70
