Community Kitchens

What is a community kitchen?

A community kitchen is a group of like-minded individuals who come together on a regular basis to socialise and cook together.

The participants then sit down to share the food, or divide it up for each person to take home, or donate it to a charity.

Community Kitchens are led by the participants, who make all decisions about the running of the group including how often the group meets and what they will be cooking.

Community Kitchens are for everybody in the community and people from many different walks of life attend.
