YOU are invited to attend a FREE 1 Hour Supermarket tour with Kim the dietitian. Everyone who attends gets a Healthy Food Fast Cookbook.
Its a chance to do your shopping, learn about some healthy food swaps and ask any nutrition questions you have.

- WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 21st 1.30pm at Coles Gateway - next to Kmart
- THURSDAY NOVEMBER 29th 5.30pm at Woolworth Gateway Plaza
- FRIDAY DECEMBER 7th 3.30pm at Swintons IGA - Timor St
Staff and carers are welcome to attend with one person they support. If you would like a tour at another date, time or location (eg. At night, in Koroit, at Aldi) additonal tours may be organised. Call Kim to arrange.
