Swimming

The benefits of swimming can be enjoyed at any age or fitness level. Swimming is a full-body exercise that utilises, strengthens and tones major muscle groups within your body whilst allowing you to exercise with minimal impact.

The water provides many options for exercise. Lap swimming, walking, aqua aerobics and resistance training all build strength and burn calories while providing you with an effective work-out. Water play is a good way to be active and have fun with your family.
